The Morphing Grid: Power Rangers Operation Overdrive

The Power Rangers are a special group of teenagers, from Angel Grove High School, who were selected by Zordon ( and later others) to defend the Earth against the evil forces which threatened it. The teenagers are given the power to morph and became the fighting force known as the Power Rangers. The Power Rangers have special abilities in their morphed forms and can call upon vehicles of great power known as the Zords.

In the TV series, the Power Rangers have been through tweleve incarnations: The Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, The Power Rangers Zeo, and The Power Rangers Turbo, Power Rangers In Space, Power Rangers Lost Galaxy, Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue, Power Rangers Time Force, Power Rangers Wild Force, Power Rangers Ninja Storm, Power Rangers DinoThunder, Power Rangers Space Patrol Delta, Power Rangers Mystic Force, Power Rangers Operation Overdrive . These incarnations defined turning points in the Rangers' adventures, which included the introduction of new Zords and of course new Villains. MMPR-Turbo followed Zordon's Rangers. After Space each season had its own story, rangers, villains, and overplot. Yearly team ups with the privous cast have been held as well. The Power Rangers have also been in two movies. The two movies were Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers the Movie ( which takes place in a different timeline than the series). and Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie.
